Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Cardiff

There is a key opportunity for the right individual to join the team as a receptionist with additional administrative duties.

This post, in a growing office will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop their role, working closely with the consultant team and Office Manager, providing the ‘front of house’ services to clients and visitors.

The right candidate for this role will ideally have previous experience of general administrative duties within a busy office environment. You’ll need a clear voice, a confident phone manner, an eye for detail and a determination to get a job done properly.

Graduate/ Consultant Landscape Architect
Location: Cirencester

Due to exciting new instructions and continued growth, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly organised team player to join our Landscape Design team in Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity for you to continue to develop your professional and project management skills by working closely with our existing team of experienced and respected Landscape Architects. This post will also offer the successful candidate a huge diversity of experience encompassing not only landscape, but also aspects of ecology, heritage, masterplanning and arboriculture.

You will ideally be a post-graduate qualified Landscape Architect with drive, ambition and a self-confident approach. You will preferably have a couple of years’ experience and an appetite for more diversity, bigger challenges and better support. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be a confident designer, and be decisive by nature and pro-active in getting a job done.

Experience in the production of design drawings, and knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks are essential, whilst a skill for hand drawing and experience with graphics packages such as the Adobe Creative Suite and GIS software are also desirable. Knowledge of BIM another advantage.

Administrator

Urban Designer/Masterplanner
Location: Cirencester

Following a number of exciting new instructions and continued growth we are now seeking an urban designer/masterplanner to join our dynamic and growing team in Cirencester.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly organised team player with a good working knowledge of urban design issues and a genuine interest in the environment. Our ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years post qualification experience gained in a design practice working on urban design and masterplanning projects at a variety of scales. You will have first class computer and graphic skills, confident presentation and negotiation ability, an understanding of housing layouts and some experience of other environmental disciplines would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be able to visually communicate using a range of medium including AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and hand drawing. Working knowledge of GIS software would be an advantage. The role will include the production of all typical masterplanning services, including: feasibility appraisals; concept schemes; urban design appraisals; morphology studies; preparation of public consultation materials and stakeholder events; Design and Access Statements and masterplans.

You will have the opportunity to develop your masterplanning and project management skills by working closely with our existing team of experienced masterplanners and learning directly from the other core disciplines within the company. The salary for this post is to be agreed based on qualifications and experience and will form part of an excellent benefits package.
