The Environmental Dimension Partnership (EDP) is recognised as one of the premium environmental planning consultancies in the UK development sector. Our team, comprising experts in the fields of landscape, ecology, arboriculture, archaeology & heritage and masterplanning, provides bespoke ‘value added’ services to a broad range of nationally, regionally and locally based clients. We adopt a solution-focussed approach to our work, always seeking to respond to and promote our client’s interests, and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver integrated, aspirational, defensible and sustainable developments.
To achieve that, EDP strives to assemble a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, who share our ambition ‘to be the most responsive, effective and sought after environmental practice in the UK’. We understand that our team is our greatest asset, and seek to attract and retain the best people by offering a very generous benefits package that includes 30 days annual leave, flexible working hours, a profit share bonus scheme, private health care and life assurance. In addition to the usual benefits, we also offer the opportunity to work with a great team of like-minded professionals in a friendly and supportive environment.
Due to a significant increase in the team’s core workload, which is largely related to Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for medium to large scale development proposals, we currently have an opportunity for the right candidate to join EDP’s Landscape Team at Consultant or Senior Consultant level at our Cirencester office.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work independently on LVIA inputs, although further capability in respect of Landscape Design and/or the preparation of Landscape Strategies and Management Plans would also be of great value.

Closing date 11th July 2014.
